Wilford Joseph received his award for dedicated service to the Customs throughout the years

During the past few years, Wilford Joseph’s performance in the Information Technology Section at the Customs and Excise Division has been commendable. He played a valuable role in producing the Customs Import and Export Tariff based on the 2002 Harmonized System.  He was also instrumental in the preparation of the Computer System to accommodate the Value Added Tax (VAT) which was introduced on March 1, 2006.

Mr. Joseph is very ambitious Customs Officer and most of his computer skills he acquired on his own.  He is responsible for the networking of the entire Customs and Excise Division and has given dedicated service to the organization throughout the years.
